As part of Jo-Ann's Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing filed on January 15th, they have announced the closure of hundreds of stores nationwide. Here in New York, 24 stores (as of February 13, 2025) are scheduled to close. This is part of a nationwide store closure wave that currently totals 500 stores as of this writing, which can officially be seen here.
Here is a list of closures in the state of New York, with pictures corresponding to locations the author has visited. As this is an ongoing story, more locations will be added as future closings are announced.
